On My Worktable and Craziness

What a circus it's been around here!  My sleeping schedule is still out of whack but I'm getting closer and closer to a normal schedule.  I'm finally feeling like myself again and the kids just went back to school on Tuesday so I'm finding each day I'm able to get a lot more done than before.

This November and December I'll be selling Christmas ornaments, tree toppers and possibly a doll or two at our local flea market so I've started production on all of that.  It's so hard for me though because I have Halloween on my mind, not Christmas.  I did make a Halloween type doll but I'm not sure she's done yet.  She's missing a little somethin' somethin' so until I figure out what that is, she's staring at me on my work table.. So, as you can see, I'm busy, busy in the studio.  Speaking of being busy in the studio....

I have lost my mind again!  How many times this year have I rearranged, revamped my studio?  3? 4?  Don't worry, I've lost count as well!  Anyway.... here we go again!  I know, ridiculous, right?

My husband and I went to an auction yesterday and purchased a 3 piece office furniture set for my studio.  The problem is, I have NO WHERE to put them.  I now have to remove a ton from the studio, play around with which piece works best where and then redo EVERYTHING!  I want to cry!

I love the new furniture and am anxious to get it in here but OMG!  The work involved to get it in, put stuff back and ... and... Whaaaaaaaa!  I was going to start it today but I haven't talked myself into it yet.  Maybe this afternoon, after my son gets home from school and can help me..  Maybe.. lol..

I'm going to have to tackle it soon though because two of the pieces are still in my van and if I want to do anything with the family, I'm going to have to get them out of the van and into the house.  Good grief!  I have clearly lost my mind.

Not to mention that I spent this morning tearing down all of the wallpaper and dropped ceiling in my kids' bathroom.  Now I have to scrape, spackle and paint in there as well.  Then... I have to paint the kitchen.  So, if you don't hear from me for awhile, you know why... lol

WOW! That's INSANE!

Okay, so I went to the post office today to mail out the last 2 giveaways and some orders. One of the books I just gave away was won by a lady in the UK. To send her the book cost me $11.00! Holy cow! So, unfortunately, I'm going to have to restrict all future giveaways to USA residents. I'm really disappointed that I have to do this but man! Postage is getting ridiculous.

Okay, I have to get back to work.

Just a note.... the other 4 giveaways I have planned will be put on hold momentarily. I'm having some oral surgery on Friday and don't think I'll be feeling up to playing online for a bit after. So, I'm going off line for just a bit.
